Lauren Haven is a remarkable individual whose impact resonates throughout the Dresden community and beyond. As the Administrator of the Maine County Commissioners Association, she demonstrates exceptional professionalism and proficiency in her role. For years, Lauren has served on the Board of Directors of the Richmond Area Food Pantry (RAFP), where her dedication to organizing volunteers and coordinating fundraising efforts ensures that essential resources reach those in need in Richmond, Dresden and Bowdoinham. What sets Lauren apart is her multifaceted talent and generosity. Not only does she manage the operations of the food pantry, but she also personally designed, built, and maintains the pantry’s website, enriching the organization’s online presence without charge. Lauren’s involvement with the Spirit of America Foundation (SOAF) as a Director and Treasurer showcases her dedication to promoting volunteerism on a broader scale. She contributes significantly to the foundation’s operations, hosting Zoom meetings and actively participating in committees.Lauren’s greatest contribution lies in her volunteer work, particularly in designing and maintaining the Spirit of America website, which facilitates the recognition of outstanding community contributions across Maine.
